Pricing Built for Enterprise Decisions, Not SaaS Subscriptions.
Xyden is a scoped engagement, not a seat licence. Every organisation has a different context, and pricing reflects the scope of what we're doing together, not a per-user rate card.
Why We Don't Publish a Rate Card
Most SaaS pricing pages exist to remove humans from the buying process. Xyden's value is precisely the opposite, a calibrated, expert-led engagement that is tailored to your organisation's context. A rate card would imply that every engagement is the same. It isn't.
A single-leader assessment for a Series B hiring decision looks nothing like an organisation-wide succession programme across 40 leaders. Pricing them the same, or publishing a number that implies they're comparable, would be misleading.
What we can tell you: scope drives cost, not headcount. We work with organisations to define the right engagement before we discuss numbers. The conversation comes first.
Scoped engagements
Pricing is agreed upfront based on assessment scope, number of leaders, reporting requirements, and any debrief or integration support needed.
Outcomes-based thinking
We price relative to the decision being supported, a succession programme that determines a C-suite appointment warrants a different investment conversation than a team development exercise.
Enterprise-first model
Xyden is designed for organisations making high-stakes people decisions, not for individual self-assessment. We work directly with talent leaders, CHROs, and executive teams.
No hidden costs
What's in scope is agreed before work begins. No per-seat overages, no upsell gates, no surprise licence renewals. You know what you're getting before you commit.

Common Questions
Can we run a pilot before committing to a full programme?
Yes. The Starter tier is specifically designed for organisations that want to evaluate Xyden's output before scaling. Many enterprise clients begin with a single-leader assessment to validate the methodology for their context.
How long does an engagement take end-to-end?
A single-leader assessment typically completes within 5–7 business days from onboarding to report delivery. Group engagements are scoped individually and usually run over 2–4 weeks depending on cohort size and scheduling.
Do you work with executive search firms or HR consultancies?
Yes. Xyden works directly with organisations and as a specialist assessment partner for executive search and leadership advisory firms. Partner terms are available on enquiry.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contract is required for Starter or Team engagements. Enterprise programmes involve a scoped agreement for the duration of the programme. Every engagement is agreed upfront with no auto-renewal or hidden commitments.
